If you need something strong we offer a Dual Lock with two slots and two tracks for added strength. These are commonly used on large bags or when package contents are highly valuable. This is an ideal profile because it minimizes the possibility of being opening unintentionally.

The Dual Lock Zipper is also widely used in liquid/viscous applications where the pressure applied by the product might force a single track Zipper open from the inside.

Features
Manufactured from very low sealing temperature polymers. Can increase machine speed. This is without ribs zipper using very soft material of zip sealing Jaws and hence zips seal with laminates very nicely. Avoids/substantially reduces wrinkles on films due to low temperature requirement. Hence a very clean pouch look. Can be used for all food and liquid pouches. Avoid delaminating as temperature required is very low. Extremely good bonding between zipper and laminates. Can be made by adding different compounds to desired strength and softness. Soft seal material with special sealant suitable for food & Liquid contact applications.
